My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and frustrating experiences. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast, which I enjoyed. Unfortunately, I encountered several maintenance issues, like the elevators not working properly and the gym equipment being out of order, which detracted from the experience. Overall, while the price and customer service were commendable, the upkeep of the hotel left much to be desired.
